The Island Inn
The Island Inn is a great option located between Edgartown and Oak Bluffs.
They offer condos for groups of between 2-6 and are a 10-15 minute drive/uber/bus ride away from the Chappy Ferry (which will take you to the wedding venue).
Airbnb/Vrbo
Airbnb and Vrbo offer vacation rentals that can be a good, affordable option, especially for larger groups.
We would recommend trying to get a rental in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, or somewhere in between. Other parts of the island are not as accessible to the Chappy Ferry. You can also stay on Chappaquiddick, however the ferry to Chappy stops running at midnight each night and is the only way to access the island.

Like rentals, we'd recommend staying in Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, or somewhere in between. Edgartown would be ideal, as the ferry to Chappy (where the wedding is) in located in Edgartown.
